Roles & Responsibilities
• Perform periodic and preventive and corrective maintenance on customer installations to ensure that applicable systems continue to perform reliably.
• Maintain accurate project records; monitor the performance of equipment and notify Team Leads of recurring problems.
• Monitor graphic stations for error messages or alerts
• Ensure uninterrupted system operation,
• Ensure industry and local physical security processes are followed,
• Ensure timely response to attend and finish customer calls to meet service level agreements,
• Log errors and resolutions to prevent system bottlenecks.
• Monitor the performance of existing systems and identifies potential upgrades/updates.
• Material co ordination
• Operational in focus, with direct impact on outcome and results within job scope and wider operational scope.
