Roles & Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, including hardware and software installation.
- Manage and monitor our office network systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Respond to user requests for technical support and assistance in a timely manner.
- Maintain an inventory of all hardware and software, and ensure they are up-to-date and function efficiently.
- Develop and implement procedures for effective data management, including backups and security measures.
- Provide training to employees on new technologies and systems, as well as proper utilization of existing ones.
- Regularly evaluate our IT systems to ensure they meet necessary demands and are up-to-date with current technology trends.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and suppliers as needed.
