Position: Customs Compliance Executive

Job location: Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai

Job responsibilities:

• Will be the expert of Customs Compliance in imports and exports transactions.
• Will be responsible for managing processes and implementing controls on customs documentation processes. Having strong knowledge of both UAE mainland and Free zone customs formalities.
• Works closely with purchase, customer service and logistics on daily basis to ensure all products movements is in compliant with customs regulations
• Will influence & bring digitization/automation solutions in customs compliance.
• Regularize existing discrepancies in inventory between physical stock and customs records.
• Reconcile the inventory with customs records as and when required.
• Monitor the goods movements and provide advice to internal and external stakeholders on customs requirements.
