Roles & Responsibilities
To provide customer service in the store in order to maximise sales in line with the store target and brand business plan.
Contributes to achieving store targets in line with the shop and brand business plan.
Must have complete knowledge of all merchandise in the store to provide excellent customer service to maximise sales,retain existing customers and gain additional ones.
To provide & communicate all customer/merchandise quality feedback to SM/Supervisor for decision making process of the brand by the Brand Manager.
Communicate with team mates and other store staffs to ensure all sales,stock data and relevant information is received, actioned and informed to other team members.
