Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement plans for the purchase of vehicles from various markets.
Review, compare, analyze, and approve products and services to be purchased, ensuring they meet the required standards.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure favorable terms and conditions.
Research and evaluate prospective suppliers to identify new sources of vehicles and related services.
Evaluate supplier products and services, negotiate pricing, and ensure that approved purchases are cost efficient and of high quality.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand their vehicle requirements and purchase cars accordingly.
Keep the management updated with market intelligence, including information on different models and pricing.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Procurement Officer in the automobile industry or a similar role.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to review and compare products and services effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain good supplier relations.
Knowledge of procurement strategies and best practices in the automobile industry.
Familiarity with local and international markets, including GCC countries, the USA, and Canada.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using procurement software and MS Office suite.
Attention to detail and the ability to make informed decisions based on market research and analysis.
