- Is tidy and presentable, maintain inventory of stock, Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus Provide internal team with professional administrative support.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
- Can handle Admin & Reception work
- Managing all other responsibilities of front desk and receptionist role.
- Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party.
