Roles & Responsibilities
· Quantity surveying and project estimation
· Setting out from the contract drawings or information required
· Bilingual English & Hindi
· Supervise all on-site construction including subcontractor’s, resolve day-to-day problems on the job site and inspect all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
· Leading and monitoring the performance of all site Foremen and support staff in the team.
· Liaising with the consultant and design team to achieve the highest achievable standards within the contracts.
· Familiarity with CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering and construction.
· Assist/have responsibility for the Health and Safety matters on site.
· Building Material knowledge required.
· Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
· Ensure resource availability and allocation
· Report and escalate to management as needed
· Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
· Communicate and Clarify the Client at the time needful
