Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the food and beverage department.
- Ensure efficient and smooth service delivery to guests.
- Train and develop staff members on service standards and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute menus and special events.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address concerns.
- Assist with budgeting and cost control initiatives.
