Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
- Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.
- Develops, monitors, writes and updates product content contained on e-Commerce websites/portals.
- Develops ubject matter expertise in assigned product categories and taking ownership of daily business administration on assigned accounts.
- Monitors changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets to stay organized.
- Monitors the day-to-day activity on the site and its overall performance to achieve goals like improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales, and developing brand loyalty.
- Executes ad campaigns on search engines and other websites and research and implement the latest digital marketing strategies using social media.
- Keeps a promotions calendar, track all e-commerce marketing efforts, analyze data, and use your findings to improve your strategies.
- Handles daily operational activities and requests from multiple business and marketing units that impact sales on Amazon or other ecommerce platforms.
- Maintains intelligence between e-Commerce and distribution partner as well as manage sales strategy such as promotion and advertising.
- Develops innovative processes to efficiently create B2C targeted content from a variety of internal and external sources.
