Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement inventory control strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize inventory levels, minimize stock-outs, and reduce excess inventory.
- Conduct regular stock analysis, monitor inventory movements, and generate reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely procurement of goods, accurate order placement, and efficient supplier management.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to maintain accurate inventory records, conduct periodic stock audits, and implement inventory reconciliation processes.
- Identify and address inventory discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize inventory variances.
