Provide legal consultation to clients in various areas of the law
• Explain and clarify the laws, rules and regulations as needed to the clients
• Draft and/or review all types of contracts and agreements to ensure that terms and conditions are in line with the UAE laws and regulations as well as the client’s best interest and requirements.
• Evaluate, analyze and research all client’s legal matters and accordingly provide relevant solutions in the client’s best interest.
• Represent the clients in legal proceedings.
• Prepare all the required documents for the litigation process and hand over to the respective team to handle the cases (documentation, court related expenses and fees, etc.).
• Prepare all the required documents for the Non-litigation process and hand over to the respective team to handle the cases (documentation, court related expenses and fees, etc.).
• Register Intellectual Property and Trademark.
• Support and advise clients with company formation and set in the UAE (Mainland, Free Zones and Offshore).
• Keep all clients periodically informed and updated with their case statuses and developments.
• Maintain all active client’s case related all legal documents and ensure their validity.
• Meet business objectives and financial targets.
• Prepare and conduct seminars presentations and represent the firm as a speaker in third party events.
• Host round table events, legal clinics and participate in panel discussions.
• Write articles, case studies, short law updates, critiques and other thought leadership communication collaterals.

Skills
• 7+ years of experience in Corporate/Commercial Law, Labor Law, Family Law, Real Estate Law, Arbitration and Litigation.
• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Excellent communication skills (Spoken, Written & Read) in both English and Arabic.
• Excellent legal drafting skills.
• Excellent WILL Drafting skills
• Experience in Big Corporate will be highly considered
• Strong business acumen and work to reach predefined targets.
• Great people and time management skills.
• Experience in working with CRM/Matter (Case) management software.
• Team player with the ability to quickly adapt and follow the internal process changes.
