Roles & Responsibilities
· Participate to the development of the Company’s corporate strategy supporting the GM in the definition of long-term vision and strategic priorities.
· Provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that organization has the proper infrastructure, operational controls, and reporting procedures in place to effectively deliver and grow it’s core services/offering.
· Collaborates with the senior technical team to review and develop a business module that enables Company from offering its solutions and services in a competitive and efficient manner.
· Sets KPIs for all reporting departments that are cascaded down from Company’s Business Strategy.
· Monitors KPI achievements and provides periodic, timely and accurate reporting to the GM.
· Responsible for the financial performance of the operations and the achievement of performance targets
· Provide regular reporting on department performance vs. target, explaining deviations and proposing remediation plans to fill gaps and improve client satisfaction.
· Develops the senior technical team by establishing or recommending learning and professional and personal development opportunities.
· Motivates and leads the senior technical team; attract, recruit, and retain required personnel.
