Provide end-user IT support, ensuring the distribution, management, and completion of required updates across hardware, software, or systems.Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues for CISCO networking devices, providing support for network management and design.Manage IT security products such as Endpoint and email security gateways. Apply patches and updates to hardware and operating systems, proactively updating based on new technology solutions and industry best practice. Perform regular system health checks, ensuring the issues are appropriately handled and escalated to promote a high level of IT service delivery.(jobs in Dubai)

Profile
5+ years of experience supporting mid-to-large sized IT landscapes in a multinational company. GCP Cloud Engineer, CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, Security+, or other equivalent certifications. Expertise in Microsoft products such as Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Windows 7/8/10/11. MS SQL, Active Directory and Domain Group Policy. Analytical, detail oriented and possesses strong communication skills.
