Roles & Responsibilities
- Actively work towards building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify the hiring requirements.
- Source potential candidates through various channels (e.g. social platforms, professional networks etc.).
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
