- Provide support and guidance to students with diverse learning needs.
- Manage classroom behavior and discipline in a fair and consistent manner.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Keep up-to-date with developments in teaching practice and curriculum standards.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide programs and initiatives.
