Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Objective
To perform clerical duties operating the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) Software or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and create and maintain accurate data records for facilities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintaining and updating the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) or computer-aided facility management (CAFM) system.
Generating work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and asset maintenance records.
Collecting and entering data on equipment, assets, and maintenance activities into the CMMS or CAFM system.
Monitoring and tracking maintenance activities, including work order completion, asset performance, and maintenance costs.
Collaborating with maintenance technicians and supervisors to ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
Analyzing maintenance data and generating reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
Continuously seeking ways to optimize the functionality and efficiency of the CMMS or CAFM system.
Desired Candidate Profile
Certification in CMMS/CAFM software (e.g., Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional).
3-5 years of experience in CMMS/CAFM operations or facility management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CMMS/CAFM software (e.g., IBM Maximo, Archibus).
Knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes.
