Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1) Developing and managing strategic relationships with all entities making up the Master Communities.
2) Facilitate property handover.
3) Implementing management plans to sufficiently and proactively plan all activities throughout the year ensuring all milestones and timelines are met.
4) Ensuring common areas in the Master Community and buildings are kept at the best standards at all times.
5) Establish and maintain record system of all correspondence between owners, residents/occupiers and other relevant parties, and records to be kept pursuant to law (registration documents, etc.).
6) Provide point of contact for owners as well occupants and attend routine written and oral communication.
7) Advise and assist owners and residents/occupiers in relation to the Community Rules.
8) Arrange Insurances and claims.
9) Managing revenue collection process to ensure maximum collections of Service Charges.
10) Conducting regular inspections/audits of the assigned community.
11) Managing crisis and emergencies.
12) Developing ways to gauge customer satisfaction levels.
13) Resolving customer complaints.
14) Helping to develop community newsletters or updates on a quarterly basis.
15) Sending regular updates / announcements to various communities, developer groups, business groups and other communities.
16) Plan and arrange community events throughout the year.
17) Working closely with the internal stakeholders to oversee property handover, fit-out and alteration. Process and managing complaints among others to ensure delivery of exceptional customer experience.
18) Able to understand and comprehend projects delivery mechanism to identify and update any potential roadblocks for successful handovers.
19) Responsible to review and propose solutions to re-engineer processes, aiming to eliminate identified issues & bottlenecks.
20) Able to create and execute annual community infrastructure and amenities improvement plan.
*Ensure compliance with the company’s policies , rules and procedures related to Health , Safety and Environmental Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor degree in relevant field or equivalent with 7-10 years of relevant UAE/GCC experience in Real Estate or related industry.
