Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Manage and track project budgets, including cost estimation and control.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Procure and manage materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during construction.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the client's satisfaction.
