Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Manage and track project budgets, including cost estimation and control.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Procure and manage materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during construction.
Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation to clients and stakeholders.
Ensure projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the client's satisfaction.

Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
Proven experience as a construction manager, with at least 5 years of work experience in the construction industry.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Physical ability to visit construction sites and perform inspections.
