Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the organization, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient use of resources.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Lead and motivate a diverse team of employees, fostering a positive work culture and promoting employee development.
Manage and optimize budgets, financial performance, and cost control measures.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
Prepare and present reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required for a manufacturing company with a strength of 200 employees to control Admn & Operations areas.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, strong Admn skills with a commanding skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Education: MBA / P.G.Diploma in a related field, such as business administration or operations management.
Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of successful operations management.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in operations management or business administration are a plus.
Industry of Work Experience: Experience in the industry relevant to the organization's operations.
Years of Work Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in a managerial role.
Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Technical and Hard Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure.
Personal Qualities and Physical Abilities: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
