Alif International Tr.Co.LLC is a well-established and dynamic organization in the Building Material sector. We're seeking a dedicated and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
Create and update expense reports
Process reimbursement forms
Prepare bank deposits
Enter financial transactions into internal databases
Check spreadsheets for accuracy
Maintain digital and physical financial records
Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
Participate in quarterly and annual audits
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of financial regulations and procedures.
