Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up the office, including ordering equipment and furniture;
- Organize the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment;
- Maintain the office condition and arranging necessary repairs;
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease;
- Manage visa process from A to Z;
- Help with relocation of employees and onboarding, assisting with housing and luggage shipping;
- Assist with any permits that need to be applied for when moving or when shipment from Malta arrives to the UAE;
- Manage health screening process, bank application, car rental & purchase and mobile/telecommunications plans;
- Assist with School alternatives and facilitate communication to different schools;
- Assist the CCO in organising activities, day to day life and setting up appointments;
Desired Candidate Profile
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar job;
- Fluency in English and an advanced level of Arabic;
- Great communication and interpersonal skills;
- Organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Reliability and discretion;
- Adaptability / Organizational skills;
- Problem solving skills
- PC literate;
