Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Recruiter to join our team. As a Remote Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to source potential candidates.
Screening and Selection: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Interviewing: Conduct thorough and effective interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles within the organization.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, keeping candidates informed and providing feedback when necessary.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Job Postings: Create compelling job postings that attract high-quality candidates and promote opportunities across relevant platforms.
Applicant Tracking: Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and maintain accurate recruitment records.
Diversity and Inclusion: Strive to promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the recruitment process.
Offer Negotiation: Assist in the negotiation process with selected candidates, including compensation packages and other employment terms.
Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of various sourcing and selection strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a remote or virtual work environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best practices.
Understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
