Roles & Responsibilities
As the Sales Manager for the university segment, you will lead the sales team in promoting and selling our educational solutions to universities and academic institutions. Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with university decision-makers, and achieve revenue targets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of our products and services, ultimately contributing to the success and growth of our university segment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the university segment.
• Identify potential customers, create reach plans, and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in universities.
• Understand the unique needs and challenges of each university and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase our products and services.
• Respond to inquiries, provide product information, and address customer concerns promptly.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and monitor progress against sales objectives.
• Generate regular sales reports and present them to senior management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with our educational solutions and industry trends.
• Conduct competitor analysis to understand the market and position our offerings effectively.
• Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance our solutions.
• Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts and partnerships.
• Ensure smooth contract finalization and address any concerns or objections.
• Work with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering ,Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the education sector, particularly the challenges and opportunities faced by universities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights.
Candidates with Driving license will be preferred.
Job location- Dubai- Sharjah.
