Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Arranges all up-to-date support materials for sales team.
Attends to all customer query, Informs customer on material availability and tentative LT for delivery
Prepares and sends Sales quotation based on the sales query as per Lead-time.
Follow up for the quotation sent, record the customer interaction.
·Attends to all customer query, Informs customer on material availability and tentative LT for delivery
Receives LPO, collects all documents as per credit policy of the company, follows for advance / payments / cheques etc
Desired Candidate Profile
Good communication and networking skills
Good compter/ ERP knowledge.
Graduate with 4- 7 years of experience in sales coordination work preferably from construction / plastic piping industry.
Knowledge about UAE contractors, consultants is preferable
Customer service orientation is must.
